Madelyn Estes is a Detroit-based systems strategist, technical program leader, Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, and founder of Chic Geek Enterprises. Known publicly as Chic Geek Maddie and the Gemba Guru, Madelyn helps entrepreneurs, organizations, and mission-driven brands convert scattered ideas into operational systems that can scale without burning people out.

Through Chic Geek Enterprises, TheGeekLink, The Business Boutique, and her Scale WithIN Means framework, Madelyn builds the bridge between enterprise-level technology and real human capacity.
